In mid-October 2025, we had the opportunity to visit Tan Van Kindergarten. From the gate, we were impressed by the school's scientifically arranged campus, from the playground to the practical experience areas such as: the Tham Khuyen Tham Hai cave relic model, the children's vegetable garden, the children's bookshelf... The corridors of the classrooms are all decorated with flowers and ornamental plants in a lively manner.

Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huong, Principal of the school, said: In the 2025-2026 school year, the school has 11 classes with over 230 children. In the past time, the school has always integrated educational activities to develop emotions, social skills; nutrition education and health care with education to develop movement; traffic safety education; environmental protection education; education on adaptation and response to climate change; raising awareness of energy saving, protecting personal safety and the living environment for preschool children... through each lesson and extracurricular activity with the educational motto "Play while learning, learn by playing" towards the goal of building a happy school.

In addition, the school pays special attention to innovating methods, enhancing experiential factors, and promoting children's positivity. Thereby, creating conditions for children to participate in activities, freely experience, explore , share with friends and develop the ability to think and learn.

Mr. Nong Ngoc Vu, Keo Coong village, Tan Van commune said: My child is currently studying in the 5-year-old class at Tan Van Kindergarten. At school, my child is taken good care of, taught how to greet adults, maintain personal hygiene... I am very happy because every day at school he makes a lot of progress, he is no longer shy like before.

To improve the quality of education, the school regularly creates conditions for staff and teachers to be trained to improve their professional qualifications, encourage teachers to write innovative experiences, participate in competitions launched by the school and the education sector... Since then, the quality of teachers has been increasingly improved, the rate of excellent teachers at the school level has always been maintained at over 87%. Thanks to many innovative solutions in education, the rate of children completing development goals has always been maintained at 100%; 5-year-old children completing preschool education programs reached 100%...

Thanks to its efforts in performing its tasks, for many consecutive years, Tan Van Kindergarten has achieved the title of excellent labor collective and has been commended and rewarded by all levels and sectors. In the 2024-2025 school year, the school was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister for its many achievements in education and training, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland; in 2025, the school received a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for its achievements in the emulation movement of preschools; a certificate of merit from the Department of Education and Training for its outstanding achievements in deploying and directing the implementation of the topic "Building a child-centered preschool" in the period of 2021-2025.
