Hanoi temporarily bans and restricts vehicles around the National Convention Center from October 15 to 17, 2025, to serve the 18th Congress of the City Party Committee.

Temporarily ban on trucks with a total designed weight of 1.5 tons or more, passenger cars with 16 seats or more (except buses, garbage collection vehicles, emergency response vehicles, vehicles with security badges, vehicles of the police force, military and other priority vehicles as prescribed by law).

Restrictions on other vehicles operating on some routes: Duy Tan, Pham Van Bach, Tran Thai Tong, Duong Dinh Nghe, Pham Hung (from Me Tri to Thang Long Avenue), Tran Duy Hung, Do Duc Duc, Mieu Dam Thang Long Avenue (from Pham Hung to Provincial Road 70 overpass). Time for temporary ban and restriction of vehicles: From 13-14:30 and from 16-18:00 on October 15, 2025; From 6:30-8:30, from 10:30-14:30 and from 16:00-18:00 on October 16 and 17, 2025.
