Dien Bien has 1 project in the final round of the youth startup competition.

At the end of the semi-final round, the whole country had 32 projects entering the final round of the competition. The project "Conservation and development, building the brand of the ancient Shan Tuyet tea area of Tua Chua" by author Nguyen My Linh, Dien Bien province entered the final round. The project is the process of preserving and developing the ancient Shan Tuyet tea area of Tua Chua and building a brand for the ancient tea area to increase economic value, ensure income and livelihood for the Mong people in Tua Chua district.

The final round of the competition and the 19th National Rural Youth Festival and Luong Dinh Cua Award Ceremony in 2024 is expected to take place in Thai Binh province from November 25 to 30, 2024. The competition aims to promote, encourage and build the spirit of entrepreneurship, business establishment, and participation in economic development of young people in general; create a favorable environment to promote and support rural youth in the process of starting a business.
