Dien Bien creates the most favorable conditions for reporters to work and report on the 15th Provincial Party Congress.

Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee and representatives of the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Press Center serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Regarding the 15th Congress of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, comrade Mua A Son said: According to the program, the Congress will be held for 3 days (from October 14-16) at the Provincial Conference-Cultural Center. There are 358 official delegates attending the Congress. The Congress is a particularly important political event, providing strategic direction for the development of the entire Dien Bien province in the coming period.

To prepare well for the 15th Provincial Party Congress, the 14th Provincial Party Executive Committee has received close and timely leadership and direction from the Politburo , the Secretariat, Party Committees, the Central Party Office, central and local news and press agencies. The Congress preparation work has been carried out seriously, closely, in accordance with regulations, ensuring democracy, intelligence and high consensus. Up to now, all the contents and programs of the Congress have been basically completed according to the direction of the Central Party and the Congress plan set out by the province.

Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, sent his thanks to the central press agencies for sending reporters to attend and report on the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress, which will be held from October 14-16.

The documents submitted to the Congress were elaborately, scientifically and carefully prepared; taking into account the maximum input of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members, people of all ethnic groups, scientists, intellectuals, artists, revolutionary veterans and former Party and State leaders. Personnel work was carried out in accordance with regulations and procedures, ensuring the principles of democratic centralism, objectivity and impartiality, and was highly appreciated by the Politburo, which agreed to allow the Provincial Party Committee to organize the 15th Congress.

Comrade Mua A Son hopes that reporters, news agencies and newspapers will convey the important messages of the Congress to the people quickly, accurately and transparently, contributing to creating high unity in will and action, thereby spreading the spirit of innovation, development aspirations and belief in the Congress to the people of all ethnic groups in Dien Bien province.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee also requested that the provincial agencies, departments and branches, especially the Press Center serving the Congress, proactively coordinate and provide complete, timely and official information; creating the most favorable conditions for the team of reporters and editors to complete their tasks well.

Representatives of officials and reporters from central press agencies and agencies with press publications in Dien Bien attended the opening of the Press Center.

The Press Center serving the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress officially opened from October 13 to 17. The center was equipped with 20 laptops, transmission lines, and congress documents to serve reporters' work and information. Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Son, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, was assigned the position of Director of the Press Center serving the Congress.
