She exercises 6 times a week, including 4 resistance training sessions (exercises with weights, elastic bands...) and 2 cardio sessions (cardiovascular exercises such as jogging, brisk walking, cycling, jumping rope, cardio machines...), each session is about 45 - 60 minutes.
