Accordingly, 3 projects (about 1,566 hectares) were adjusted and supplemented in the list of projects implemented in the 2025 land use plan of Dong Da district, including: Site clearance and investment in the construction of Kim Lien High School; synchronous renovation of technical infrastructure and urban landscape of Dong Da lake; project to renovate and rebuild apartment building 51 Huynh Thuc Khang, Lang Ha ward, Dong Da district.
Adjust the content of "List of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan including 25 projects with a total area of 13.6599 hectares" in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 30/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025 of the City People's Committee to "List of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan including 28 projects, with a total area of about 15.2259 hectares".
Other contents of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Dong Da district are implemented according to Decision No. 30/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025 of the City People's Committee.
* On the same day, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 2515/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 land use plan of Ba Dinh district.
According to the decision, 2 projects (about 0.2087ha) are adjusted and supplemented in the List of projects implemented in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Ba Dinh District, including: Renovation and reconstruction of the Vietnam Film Documentation Institute - The Boulevard; organizing auctions of land use rights in Phuc Xa Ward, Ba Dinh District.
Adjust the content of "List of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan including 55 projects with a total area of 30,583 hectares" in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 21/QD-UBND dated January 3, 2025 of the City People's Committee to "List of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan including 57 projects, with a total area of about 30,7917 hectares".
Other contents of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Ba Dinh District shall be implemented according to Decision No. 21/QD-UBND dated January 3, 2025 of the City People's Committee.
