Adjusting the names of 8 branches of land registration offices from July 1

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1678 on adjusting the names of land registration office branches under Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office (under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province). The Decision takes effect from July 1.

Nha Trang City Land Registration Office Branch changed its name to Nha Trang Land Registration Office Branch from July 1.

Accordingly, 8 branches of land registration offices (removing cities and districts) have been adjusted to the new name: Van Ninh Land Registration Office Branch (in charge of the communes of Dai Lanh, Tu Bong, Van Thang, Van Ninh, Van Hung).

Ninh Hoa Land Registration Office Branch (in charge of the following wards: Ninh Hoa, Dong Ninh Hoa, Hoa Thang and communes: Nam Ninh Hoa, Tay Ninh Hoa, Bac Ninh Hoa, Tan Dinh, Hoa Tri).

Branch of Nha Trang Land Registration Office (in charge of the following wards: Nha Trang, North Nha Trang, South Nha Trang and West Nha Trang).

Dien Khanh Land Registration Office Branch (in charge of the following communes: Dien Khanh, Dien Lac, Suoi Hiep, Dien Tho, Dien Lam, Dien Dien).

Cam Lam Land Registration Office Branch (in charge of the following communes: Cam Lam, Suoi Dau, Cam Hiep, Cam An).

Cam Ranh Land Registration Office Branch (in charge of the following wards: Cam Ranh, Bac Cam Ranh, Cam Linh, Ba Ngoi and Nam Cam Ranh commune).

Khanh Vinh Land Registration Office Branch (in charge of the following communes: Khanh Vinh, Bac Khanh Vinh, Nam Khanh Vinh, Trung Khanh Vinh, Tay Khanh Vinh).

Khanh Son Land Registration Office Branch (in charge of the following communes: Khanh Son, Dong Khanh Son, Tay Khanh Son).

The Branch of the Land Registration Office under the Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office has legal status, its own seal and is allowed to open an account and operate according to regulations for public service units.

The Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for directing the review and amendment of relevant regulations and rules under his/her authority to ensure the management and operation of land registration office branches in accordance with the provisions of law; regularly review and report difficulties and problems, ensuring that land registration office branches operate smoothly and stably immediately after the operation of the two-level government.
