(QNO) - On June 2, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving the adjustment of the implementation time of 3 component projects under the Project on Environmental Development and Urban Infrastructure to Respond to Climate Change in Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province.

Accordingly, approve the adjustment of the implementation time of the Cua Dai Nam Hoi An bridge approach project (component project HA/W2), the Co Co river dredging project (component project HA/W3), the DT608 road upgrading and renovation project (component project HA/W4) to 2015 - 2023 (December 31, 2023) compared to the approved period of 2015 - 2022.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (investor) to continue implementing the project based on the approved content and adjusted content in the decision in accordance with current regulations of law and regulations of the sponsor.

Previously, on May 29, the Provincial People's Committee also issued an official dispatch agreeing to the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to measure the current status to re-determine the actual dredging volume, strictly manage the dredging volume, and archive records in accordance with regulations for the dredging of the Co Co River, section Km14 - Km19+456, to promptly implement the project according to the signed agreement and approved investment policy.
