
Officials and civil servants working at the Phong Chau Ward Public Administrative Service Center handle administrative procedures for the people. The deployment and arrangement of personnel after the reorganization of administrative units contributes to ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the local government.
According to the Provincial People's Committee report, before the merger, the province had 11,723 officials and civil servants. After the restructuring and streamlining of the administrative apparatus, as of May 12, 2026, the number of officials and civil servants working in commune-level administrative units will be 6,249. From July 1, 2025 to the present, 3,069 officials and civil servants have retired early or resigned according to the State's regulations and policies.
The province has also deployed and seconded 1,046 officials, civil servants, and public employees to supplement human resources at the grassroots level, especially in areas lacking specialized personnel such as finance, information technology, construction, agriculture , health, and natural resources and environment.
Personnel placement and arrangement have been carried out synchronously, linked to job positions and practical requirements after the merger. To date, the staff and civil servants have basically stabilized their mindset and adapted to the new organizational model, contributing to ensuring the smooth operation of local government from the provincial level to the grassroots.
