According to research, the female nurse appearing in the video is Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao, working at the Respiratory Department, Hai Phong Children's Hospital.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao said that on the evening of July 4, on the way home with her child in village 6 (Kien Bai commune, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong), she discovered that her 7-day-old newborn baby had an accident.
The grandfather held the baby in his arms in a panic, the baby had stopped breathing, turned purple..., followed by the mother crying loudly.
With the intuition of a mother with a young child and a nurse with many years of experience, Ms. Thao stopped the car and introduced herself as a medical staff.
"After that, I took the baby in my grandfather's arms and performed first aid, chest compressions, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, and direct nasal suction," the nurse said. She used to be a nurse in the Neonatal Department before transferring to the Respiratory Department, so she has experience in handling this situation.
When the taxi called by the family came to take the child to the emergency room, Ms. Thao got in the car and continued to treat the child all the way to Thuy Nguyen District General Hospital. After many emergency measures, the child's pulse returned, and the nurse was relieved to leave.

The patient was transferred to Hai Phong Children's Hospital for intensive treatment. Ms. Thao went to the hospital room to visit and visit the family.
Mr. HMT, the baby's father, said that after more than a week of treatment, the baby's health is stable, feeding well, and is expected to be discharged in the next few days.
