I have a secondary degree in Pedagogy and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics Pedagogy and have taught primary school for more than 20 years. I was decided to change my rank from 15.114 to 15a.203, recognized as a senior primary school teacher. After that, I received a decision to change to a grade II primary school teacher, rank code V.07.03.07. Currently, I am receiving a salary level 7/9, salary coefficient 4.34. During my work, I have achieved many achievements such as: Emulation fighter at the grassroots level, excellent teacher at the city level.

May I ask, with the above diploma and decisions, along with the achievements, am I qualified to transfer to the new professional title of primary school teacher grade II, code V.07.03.28? (congvan***@gmail.com)

The appointment of primary school teacher professional titles is implemented according to the provisions of Article 7 of Circular No. 02/2021/TT-BGDDT dated February 2, 2021 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulating codes, professional title standards and appointment and salary arrangement for teaching staff in public primary schools, which has been amended and supplemented in Clause 7, Article 2 of Circular No. 08/2023/TT-BGDDT dated April 14, 2023 of the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circulars No. 01, 02, 03, 04/2021/TT-BGDDT dated February 2, 2021 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulating codes, professional title standards and appointment and salary arrangement for teaching staff in public preschool and general education institutions.

Accordingly, appointment to the professional title of primary school teacher grade II (code V.07.03.28) for primary school teachers grade II (code V.07.03.07) with a total time holding the professional title of primary school teacher grade III (code V.07.03.08) and grade II (code V.07.03.07) or equivalent of 9 (nine) years or more (excluding probationary period).

Thus, if you have a total time holding the senior primary school teacher rank (code 15a.203) and equivalent, holding the professional title of primary school teacher grade II (code V.07.03.07) and equivalent for 9 years or more (not including probationary period), you will be appointed to the professional title of primary school teacher grade II (code V.07.03.28).
