Training high-quality human resources for the Real Estate industry in the digital age

On the morning of October 10, Vietnam Real Estate Association (Vnrea), Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute (VIRES), Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (Reatimes) in collaboration with Propiin Real Estate Financial Technology Academy organized the event: Seminar on Training high-quality human resources for the real estate industry in the digital age; Ceremony to announce the Real Estate Training Cooperation Program - Mini MBA and Launch of the book Real Estate Marketing Strategy.

With the rapid development of technology, Proptech (a concept used to refer to individuals and businesses applying technology in the real estate sector) is reshaping the way the real estate market operates, from planning, management to transactions. As customers become more knowledgeable and demanding, competitive value no longer lies in "houses" but in "living experiences" and "sustainable development strategies".

The Vietnamese real estate market is entering a pivotal period, with opportunities and challenges intertwined. The comprehensive restructuring process forces businesses to adapt to inevitable trends such as green development, digital transformation and sustainable growth. In that context, real estate businesses not only play the role of business entities, but also become an important link contributing to realizing the growth goals of the economy .

This reality requires high-quality human resources, especially senior leaders and managers to improve competitiveness, adapt to the trends of the times, and contribute to realizing the strategic goals of the business community. Facing that requirement, Vnrea has directed VIRES and Reatimes to implement programs and activities to create a generation of elite leaders, who will lead the future of the real estate industry.

On that basis, the Seminar aims to create a forum for in-depth exchange between experts, managers and businesses to assess the current situation, needs and solutions for developing high-quality human resources for the real estate industry in the context of digital transformation; share experiences, advanced training models and orient effective cooperation between parties, contributing to building an elite human resource team to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the current Vietnamese real estate market. The event gathered about 150 guests who are Vnrea leaders, experts, prestigious lecturers of the training program and representatives of real estate businesses.

Within the framework of the event, the announcement ceremony of the Real Estate Training Cooperation Program - Mini MBA & Book Launch: Real Estate Marketing Strategy took place. The Real Estate Mini MBA training program is a program specifically designed to equip the senior management team with system management knowledge and strategic thinking, filling the gap in the shortage of high-quality leadership resources.

At the same time, at the event, the publication Real Estate Marketing Strategy by Journalist Tran Quoc Tuan (Member of the Editorial Board of Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine, Head of VIRES Southern Representative Office) was launched. The publication is expected to be a practical handbook, providing modern and effective marketing solutions, helping real estate businesses optimize business operations in the context of fierce competition.

According to Dr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Chairman of Vnrea, Member of the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Administrative Procedure Reform, Former Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, Former Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, the country is entering the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, of innovation and comprehensive digital transformation. In that context, education and training continue to be affirmed as the top national policy. The Politburo has issued Resolution 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in education and training development in the spirit of "Talents are the national spirit", taking people as the center, aiming to build a solid foundation for the country's rapid and sustainable development. In particular, vocational education plays a key role in developing a highly skilled workforce.

This is the core direction to contribute to the implementation of the goals of Resolution 68-NQ/TW on private economic development and Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, creating a strategic hinge for the formation of a high-quality human resource force, as a foundation for the breakthrough of the national economy.
