The delegation included: Colonel Thai Duc Hanh, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of Military Region 4 ; Nguyen Tran Huy, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Tri province; Duong Tan Long, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Tri province.
At the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery, the Road 9 National Martyrs' Cemetery and the Quang Tri Ancient Citadel National Special Historical Site, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense respectfully offered flowers and incense, commemorating and expressing gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, national reunification, for the happiness of the people and fulfilling their noble international obligations.
