At the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh, Vice Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School, gave an overview of some key features of the Inspectorate Cadre School. Accordingly, the School was established in 1977, is a public service unit under the Government Inspectorate with the function of training and fostering professional skills in inspection, receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing corruption and negativity to serve the state management of the Government Inspectorate.

Since its establishment, the School of Inspectors has organized 981 training courses for 94,878 domestic students and inspectors of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and inspectors of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

In 2024, the Inspectorate School organized 23 courses for 2,290 students.

In particular, since its establishment, the School of Inspectors has continuously organized training courses for inspectors of the Kingdom of Cambodia (14 courses with 270 students). Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh, Vice Principal of the School of Inspectors, emphasized that the organization of these courses was highly appreciated by the leaders of the Government Inspectorate and the leaders of the Kingdom of Cambodia Inspectorate as well as the students, leaving a deep impression both professionally and diplomatically .

On behalf of the Ministry of Inspection of Cambodia, Minister Hout Hak sincerely thanked the School of Inspectors and the Government Inspectorate for arranging a suitable working session for the Delegation to visit and work at the School.

According to the Minister of Inspection of Cambodia, staff training is an outstanding and important task for the Inspection sector. Minister Huot Ha acknowledged and highly appreciated the strong development of staff training of the Inspection Staff School after 47 years. The Inspection Staff School has continuously developed, not only in terms of infrastructure but also in depth and specialized training.

The Minister of Inspection of Cambodia emphasized that the development today is due to the school's leadership and the internal solidarity of school staff, especially the very correct direction of the Government Inspectorate.

The Minister of Inspection of Cambodia said that at the working session, the delegation heard a lot of useful and effective information, which will be brought back to apply at the Academy in Cambodia.

The Minister of Inspection of Cambodia affirmed that an interesting thing is that the school has mobilized resources from experienced officials from departments, offices, institutes, and even retired leaders to work as lecturers. This is a human resource to cultivate people to train effective staff.

On this occasion, the Minister of Inspection of Cambodia thanked the School of Inspectors for training effective inspectors for Cambodia in the past time.

According to the Minister of Inspection of Cambodia, the team of 270 officers who have studied at the School of Inspectors is a large source of officers, but compared to the actual needs of Cambodia, this human resource is still lacking. Considering that the current human resource for inspection work in Cambodia is still weak, the Minister of Inspection of Cambodia hopes that the School of Inspectors will continue to train officers for Cambodia to supplement the human resource to help Cambodia build an increasingly complete team of inspectors.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vu Van Chien, Principal of the Inspectorate School, said he always wanted to make a small contribution to strengthening the relationship between the Inspectorate sectors of the two countries.

On behalf of the leaders of the Inspectorate School, Mr. Vu Van Chien wished the high-ranking delegation of the Cambodian Ministry of Inspection a successful visit and work in Vietnam.
