The National Assembly delegation met to agree on the content of monitoring the implementation of policies and laws on human resource development.

On the afternoon of February 26, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation held a meeting to unify the implementation of supervision on the implementation of policies and laws on the development and use of human resources to meet the requirements of socio -economic development, especially high-quality human resources in Quang Ninh province. Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, chaired the meeting.

The content of monitoring the implementation of policies and laws on the development and use of human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, especially high-quality human resources in the province, will focus on assessing the current status of human resources; achieved results, limitations, difficulties, obstacles, identifying causes, clarifying the responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in implementing the Party's policies, State's policies and laws on the development and use of human resources, high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development. In addition, proposing recommendations and solutions to continue promoting and effectively implementing the Party's policies, State's policies and laws on the development and use of human resources, especially high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, requested the secretariat, based on the comments of the members of the monitoring delegation, to supplement the content on the monitoring subjects; make a specific list of direct monitoring units; synthesize legal documents related to human resource development of the Central and the province to complete the content of the plan and detailed monitoring outline.

He requested that members of the monitoring delegation continue to study documents to ensure that the requirements in the monitoring process are complete and close, and to correctly assess the current situation of human resource development in the province.
