In 2025, Economic -Defense Group 715 will deploy the construction of the "Sunlight of the Village" project with a total investment of 93.07 million VND, construction from November 13 to 17 at 2 locations with many infrastructure and lighting upgrade items.

Of which, the project in Ech village (Ia Krai commune) has an investment capital of 60.62 million VND, including upgrading a 1km long road, installing 25 300W solar lamp posts and 1 500W post at the welcome gate.
The project in Mit Kom II village (Ia O commune) has an investment capital of 32.45 million VND, including the following items: upgrading a 390 m long road from Provincial Road 664 to the intersection of the road to Latex Processing Factory No. 4; installing 19 solar lamp posts with a capacity of 300W, 3 light bulbs using telecommunication poles and 3 bulbs in the yard of the cultural house and communal house.

The lighting system has been tested and operated stably, ensuring safety, meeting the needs of travel and night activities, contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life of local people.
On the same day, Economic-Defense Group 715 organized the handover of breeding cows to ethnic minority households, poor and near-poor households in Ia O, Ia Chia and Ia Krai communes.

This activity is part of the model of Sub-Project 3, Project 3 on socio-economic development of the model of soldiers associated with the villagers, with a total investment of over 986 million VND. The project supports 42 ethnic minority households, each household receives a breeding cow.
Households are trained in cow care techniques, helping to increase their income by an estimated 20-25% per year, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction.
