Micro Technology Joint Stock Company, part of the NextTech ecosystem - the operator of the mPOS system - has just sent a notice to partners and customers, informing them that on October 13, some individuals spread images and information that "mPOS temporarily stopped trading".
The company confirmed that the above information is false. Vimo's entire mPOS system, QR and payment services are still operating normally. The company recommends that partners and customers only follow the official information posted by the company.

Micro Technology Joint Stock Company was established in 2013, a unit under NextTech Technology Group with Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh (Shark Binh) as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Previously, this enterprise sent an official dispatch to customers and partners, informing them that the Hanoi City Police Department is investigating and verifying the case related to Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh and the AntEx cryptocurrency project.
The company affirmed that the AntEx project is Shark Binh's personal investment project, not within the scope of operations or ownership of the enterprise.
"Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh does not participate in the operations of Micro Technology Joint Stock Company. The company has an independent management team and operates according to a clear and transparent corporate governance structure.
Micro Technology Joint Stock Company is currently represented by Mr. Do Cong Dien, responsible for operating and implementing business and service activities in accordance with the provisions of law," the announcement affirmed.
On October 7, according to Dan Tri reporter's source, the Hanoi City Police Investigation Agency invited Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh to work to verify the contents of the complaint.
Previously, Hanoi Police received information related to Shark Binh's AntEx virtual currency project. Afterwards, the Criminal Police Department, Economic Police Department, and Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department got involved in the verification.
By the afternoon of October 6, the investigation agency received a complaint from an individual, with the amount of money invested in Shark Binh's project being about 2,000 USD.
The leader of Hanoi City Police affirmed that any denunciation will be received and resolved according to regulations in the spirit of no forbidden zones. The decision to resolve the crime denunciation will be announced when the results are available.
On the evening of October 6, police forces appeared at building number 18 Tam Trinh (Hanoi). The headquarters of NextTech Group is located on the 3rd floor of this building.
