At the APEA 2025 awards ceremony recently held in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme "Honoring businesses leading the future", Vincom Retail is the only representative in the retail real estate sector to be named in the category "Asia's Inspiring Brand 2025".

During 21 years of formation and development, Vincom Retail has constantly innovated and continuously created new models appearing for the first time in Vietnam, creating leading shopping and entertainment destinations for millions of Vietnamese people.

Pioneering mark with "new generation" shopping mall chain
The year 2025 marks an important turning point in the breakthrough journey in the new era of Vincom Retail with the launch of the new generation shopping mall - Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City ( Hanoi ) following the first "One-stop Shoppertainment" model in Vietnam.
Opened on October 2, Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City with a scale of nearly 70,000 m2 integrates shopping - cuisine - entertainment - resort in the same space. Here, customers are placed in the center of a unique design, diverse experiences and unique amenities from more than 150 brands.
Standing out in the Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City space is VinPalace - a theater complex and indoor conference center with a capacity of 4,100 seats, along with the largest Korean-standard AquaField in the North, providing a complete journey of relaxation, entertainment and health care.
Japanese retail brand AEON also appeared for the first time in the Vincom system with a department store of more than 7,500 m².

Following the success of the new model, on October 3, Vincom Mega Mall Royal Island also launched at the golden coordinates between the Royal Bridge and Vu Yen walking street in the center of Hai Phong .
