The 124-minute film “Red Rain”, produced by the People’s Army Cinema, recreates 81 days and nights of heroic fighting to protect Quang Tri Citadel in 1972. Inspired by true stories, the work depicts the bravery and sacrifice of soldiers in their twenties, while also spreading a humane message about comradeship, patriotism and the desire for national reconciliation.

The ward group arranged the film screenings in 3 time slots: 2:00 p.m. to 4:10 p.m., 4:15 p.m. to 6:25 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. to 8:35 p.m., creating conditions for a large number of people and students to access the work. Organizing film screenings has contributed to educating the revolutionary tradition for the younger generation, helping the community better understand the value of peace today.

On this occasion, To Hieu Ward Youth Union launched activities to support people in the Central region affected by floods, spreading the spirit of "mutual love" in the community.
