On December 4, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association held the closing ceremony of the 2nd Literature and Arts Creation Camp in 2025.

The second creative camp took place from November 25 to December 4, 2025 with the participation of 24 members from the following majors: Literature, theory and criticism, folk art collection and research, photography, ethnic poetry, dance, and music. The artists had a field trip to Ngoc Chien commune; exchanged and worked with the commune People's Committee, visited economic models, some historical and cultural relics, and community tourism villages in the area; explored and learned about ethnic culture and Then singing art with Thai artisans in the commune.

At the end of the camp, the Organizing Committee received 60 works, manuscripts, outlines, and sketches from 24 authors and members, including: 19 literary works, 2 works of literary criticism and theory, 2 works of folk art research and collection, 12 works of ethnic language poetry, 21 works of photography, 2 dance works, and 2 music works.

Many photographic works were displayed at the closing ceremony.

The works closely follow the theme and professional requirements; many works have high artistic quality, in-depth exploitation, vividly reflecting the daily life of the people, unique culture, and changes in Ngoc Chien's homeland in particular and Son La province in general.
