Mr. Dang Khanh Duy (born in 1988) - General Director of Tan Nhien Company Limited (Long Hoa ward), is an enthusiastic, dynamic, creative businessman, together with the Tay Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association in particular and the business community in general, always united, dynamic with full of aspirations to contribute.
Businessman Dang Khanh Duy shared: “We are one of the pioneers to launch and build a brand for the product “super thin rice paper” that does not need to be dipped in water since the beginning of 2018. Tan Nhien is also the first unit in Tay Ninh to apply the production process that meets the international standard FSSC 22000 to produce many types of rice paper, in which, the most special is the super thin rice paper that does not need to be dipped in water”.
Mr. Dang Khanh Duy said that in 2022, the company invested in a high-tech rice paper production line with large capacity, creating a standardized production platform according to international standards. By 2023, Tan Nhien had completely transformed; the capacity of super thin rice paper without soaking in water reached 14-18 tons/day. Following that success, the company expanded its product portfolio: spices (all kinds of salt), mixed rice paper, and flavored grilled rice paper. Thanks to that, the consumer market has continuously expanded. To date, Tan Nhien has exported its products to more than 7 countries and territories; distributed at more than 25,000 domestic points of sale.
The Tay Ninh business community is constantly growing - with courage, intelligence, vision and compassion, always pioneering in innovative thinking and technology to increase productivity, product quality, build strong brands, increase competitiveness, raise the level of businesses, and adapt to changes. After the merger, the Provincial Business Association, the Provincial Tourism Association, and the Young Entrepreneurs Association have promoted their role as a place to connect, gather the intelligence and strength of the Tay Ninh business community; representing the voice of entrepreneurs, becoming

Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association Nguyen Minh Tam emphasized that young entrepreneurs not only focus on developing their businesses but also spread the spirit of implementing social responsibility activities. Many specialized clubs have been established - from the Investment & Startup Club, OCOP Club to the Charity Club, along with many programs such as the "Tay Ninh Excellent Startup" contest and the launch of "Startup Incubator No. 1" are clear evidence of that aspiration. "The Tay Ninh business community today has become a powerful force" - Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association Nguyen Minh Tam emphasized.
Up to now, the province has nearly 32,000 registered enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 918,000 billion; 94,000 business households; attracted more than 1,900 foreign investment projects with a registered capital of more than USD 24 billion, received nearly 3,090 domestic projects with a total registered capital of more than VND 690,000 billion. The growth of the business community is the result of a creative, accompanying and promoting development government.
Chairman of Tay Ninh Business Association Trinh Van Hai affirmed: “The increase in the number of projects, the growth in the scale of enterprises, the gathering of a community of enterprises - entrepreneurs towards connection, supporting each other in grasping information on market access, socio-economic development policies, investment incentive policies, etc. help Tay Ninh entrepreneurs and enterprises support each other to enhance their strength, vision, value as well as competitiveness”.
In the first 9 months of 2025, Tay Ninh's economic picture is painted with bright colors. GRDP growth rate reached 9.52%, the highest in the Southern region, ranking 8th out of 34 provinces and cities nationwide. Import-export turnover reached more than 22.858 billion USD, up nearly 11.76% over the same period. Total retail sales and consumer service revenue reached VND184,794 billion, up 15.65% over the same period. Budget revenue was recorded at over 39,000 billion VND, reaching more than 106% of the central government's estimate, up 39% over the same period. |

At the dialogue conference with domestic associations, unions and enterprises operating in key areas of Tay Ninh province in September 2025, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province Nguyen Van Ut affirmed: "The success of enterprises is the success of the government. Tay Ninh has always been steadfast throughout the journey of innovation".
In the first 9 months of 2025, the export and import activities of enterprises continuously increased, and the tax payments to the budget were also a highlight, contributing to the province's completion of the 2025 budget target. To achieve the target of double-digit growth, the estimated GRDP scale of over 352,000 billion VND, equivalent to 13.5 billion USD and the economic scale in the top 10 of the country, the great contribution of the business community and entrepreneurs is indispensable.
After the merger, Tay Ninh has become a dynamic region of connectivity, opening up a space for strong development in industry, services and logistics. On that foundation, the team of businesses and entrepreneurs in Tay Ninh quickly seized the opportunity, pioneered in innovating production models, applying science and technology, creating new values for the economy. Faced with opportunities and challenges in the new period, the Politburo issued Resolution No. 68 on private economic development - one of the four strategic pillars bringing the country into a new era of development, an era of strong rise, prosperity and well-being of the nation - identifying the private economy as the most important driving force of the national economy.
