Leaders of the City Labor Federation give gifts to workers

In the first 6 months of the year, trade unions at all levels have achieved many remarkable results. Nearly 90,000 union members and workers were taken care of with a total budget of more than 30 billion VND; of which, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year At Ty, more than 85,000 people were supported with over 25.5 billion VND. The online "Trade Union Tet Market" program attracted more than 2,200 union members to shop for discounts.

The city's Trade Union has supported the construction and repair of 35 "Trade Union Shelters", deployed more than 70 propaganda articles, organized 6 professional training courses for nearly 850 cadres, admitted 465 new union members, and introduced 453 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration.

Activities to protect union members' rights were focused on, with more than 3,400 union members receiving legal advice; organizing dialogues between city leaders and workers, answering 15 petitions on employment, social insurance, labor safety, black credit... The union also coordinated with sectors to monitor 21 enterprises with insurance debts of more than 20 billion VND...

In the last 6 months of 2025, the City Labor Federation identified the key tasks as completing the post-merger organizational structure, promoting digital transformation, improving the quality of collective bargaining, protecting the legitimate rights and welfare of union members, aiming to build a modern union organization for workers.
