Battalion soldiers participated in expressing their opinions during the democratic dialogue session.

The dialogue was organized to grasp the ideological situation, thoughts, and legitimate aspirations of officers and soldiers; thereby promptly orienting and removing difficulties and obstacles in the process of performing tasks. At the same time, continuing to promote the role of mass organizations and military councils in implementing grassroots democracy regulations, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive unit.

At the dialogue, officers and soldiers focused on reflecting on a number of issues related to training tasks, activities, policies, life, ideological management, discipline compliance, etc. The opinions were received and answered clearly, frankly and democratically by the unit's leaders and commanders.

In his speech, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Trieu - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard, acknowledged the frank and constructive spirit of the officers and soldiers during the meeting. He requested the Party Committee and battalion commanders to continue to strengthen political education, grasp the soldiers' ideology; well implement the grassroots democracy regulations; promote the supervisory and critical role of mass organizations, contributing to improving the quality of training, building a cultural environment, solidarity, discipline and responsibility.

The democratic dialogue session is an opportunity for the Party Committee, commanders, officers and soldiers to understand each other better, strengthen internal solidarity, create consensus and high unity throughout the unit to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
