In this year's tournament, the Vietnamese girls are in group A with U21 China, U21 France and U21 Sesi Bauru (Brazil).
At the end of the group stage, coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa and her team won second place with 2 wins against U21 France and U21 Sesi Bauru and 1 loss against U21 China.

In the third place match taking place at noon on July 19, coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa's students continued to lose 0-3 to U21 China.
This result made the Vietnamese women's team end their journey at Shanghai Future Stars 2025 in fourth place.
Compared to last year's tournament, this time the Vietnamese women's team ranked 1 place higher.
Although she could not win a medal, this was still a valuable opportunity for Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh and her teammates.
The Vietnam women's volleyball team sent a second squad with players who have not played regularly in recent times, under the guidance of coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa, to participate in Shanghai Future Stars 2025.
