Previously, at 11:55 a.m. on May 25, 2025, in the Ban Ran area, Cao Lau commune, Cao Loc district, the working group of Ba Son Border Guard Station discovered a man driving a motorbike with license plate 12K5-1970 carrying a man with suspicious signs.
The working group requested to stop the vehicle for inspection. The motorcyclist declared his full name as Truong Van Doan, born in 1992, with permanent residence in Na Lung, Hop Thanh commune, Cao Loc district; the Chinese man sitting behind the vehicle stated his full name as Ly Ham (LI XIN), born in 2006, residing in Ly Gia group, Cung Kieu village, Nhat Do Thuy town, Tan Ninh district, Hunan province (China).
Upon inspection, Ly Ham could not present the required entry and exit documents. Truong Van Doan stated that he had been hired by a man named Nhat (unknown last name, age, address) to transport illegal immigrants from the border area to Cao Loc town, Cao Loc district for a fee of 500,000 VND.
Due to signs of crime in organizing and bringing people to enter the country illegally, Ba Son Border Guard Station investigated and clarified the criminal acts of Truong Van Doan and decided to prosecute the case, at the same time handling related subjects according to the provisions of law.
