Bao Lam Border Guard Station arrests group of subjects organizing illegal entry

According to information from the Border Guard Command of Lang Son province, the Professional Department in coordination with Bao Lam Border Guard Station has just arrested a group of subjects who organized illegal entry for others in Dong Dang commune, Lang Son province.

The subjects who organized illegal entry for others were arrested at Bao Lam Border Guard Station, Lang Son province.

Accordingly, implementing Project LS725 (established on July 24, 2025), at 7:30 p.m. on August 25, 2025, at checkpoint No. 1 of the Ba Cong Border Guard Working Group in Na Pan village, Dong Dang commune, Lang Son province, the Professional Department, the Border Guard Command of Lang Son province coordinated with Bao Lam Border Guard Station to detect 2 motorbikes driven by 2 men, each carrying 2 men heading from the border area to the Huu Nghi international border gate area with suspicious signs, the working group requested to stop the vehicle for inspection.

The two motorcyclists confessed to being Ha Duc Dai, born on February 11, 1980, and Hoang Van Truan, born on February 25, 1992, both residing in Con Quyen village, Dong Dang commune, Lang Son province.

The subjects confessed that they were transporting 4 Chinese people illegally entering Vietnam from China when they were arrested.

Chinese subjects were arrested.

Chinese subjects include:

(1) Truong Thanh, born on September 20, 2000, residing at: Tay Ho Village, Chinh Dong Town, Tu Vinh District, Lu Chau City, Sichuan Province, China.

(2) Ly Khac Vong, born on August 9, 1995, residing at: Lang Doanh Village, Luu Tap Town, Dong A District, Shandong Province, China

(3) Wang Xiaojie, born on February 7, 1990, residing at: No. 709, 1st Floor, Xinxingjiayuan, Chengzhuang Road, Fengtai District, Beijing City, China.

(4) Diem Hao Thien, born on November 22, 1998, residing at: No. 05, Bac Trang Ha Tay, San Duc town, Khuc Duong district, Bao Dinh city, Hebei province, China.

The Chinese subjects confessed to illegally entering Vietnam with the purpose of illegally exiting to a third country (Cambodia and Singapore).

Through their investigation and exploitation, the authorities discovered that the following people were involved in organizing illegal entry for others: Vi Van Hieu, born in 1986; Nong Van Hoe, born in 1990; Hoang Van Chinh, born in 1982; all residing in Con Quyen village, Dong Dang commune; and Nong Van Quang, born in 1989, residing in Con Keo village, Dong Dang commune.

The authorities organized a fight against the subjects.

On August 26, 2025, through propaganda and mobilization work, the above subjects came to the headquarters of Bao Lam Border Guard Station to surrender for their crimes.

Currently, the units are continuing to investigate, prosecute the case, and hand it over to the authorities according to regulations.
