The Provincial Media Center, in collaboration with the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts, edited and published issue 713 of Ha Long Newspaper, released on December 5, 2024.

The 16-page Ha Long Newspaper contains numerous news articles about literary and artistic activities and life in the province; new works by artists and writers, along with many other interesting contents.

- Page 1, under the " Literary Forum " section, the newspaper features an article titled "Poetry in the Folk Style" by Luong Hung Thanh .

- Page 2 contains some information on literary and artistic activities in the province.

- Page 3 of the newspaper features the short story "Awakening" by Vân Nam, which was submitted to the competition.
