On the morning of September 5, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee came to congratulate and attend the opening ceremony of the new school year 2024 - 2025 at Pham Huy Quang Secondary School (Dong Hung). In the 2023-2024 school year, the staff, teachers and students of Pham Huy Quang Secondary School have united and determined to compete to teach well, study well, and successfully complete the school year's tasks. The percentage of students with good and fair conduct reached 99.8%; there were no students with poor ethics; there were no students who violated the law or had social evils. The school has seriously implemented the content of the 2018 general education program innovation, promoted the emulation movement "Good teachers, good students"; effectively used subject classrooms and modern teaching equipment in teaching.
