BHG - Entering the implementation of the Resolution of the 10th Party Congress of Bac Me district, term 2020 - 2025, in the context of many advantages, difficulties and challenges intertwined, but with the attention and direction of all levels, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Me district have promoted the results and achievements of the previous term, united together, joined hands, strived to achieve many important results in all fields in the first half of the term 2020 - 2025 with 21 main targets, of which 5 targets were achieved and exceeded, including: Reducing the rate of poor households; maintaining the natural population growth rate: the rate of grassroots Party organizations and the rate of Party members annually; the rate of communes, towns, agencies and units meeting safety standards on security and order. The remaining targets basically reached from 50% to over 90%. These results create motivation to continue to successfully implement the targets and objectives of the resolution for the next half term.

To successfully implement the targets and objectives of the resolution, the Standing Committee and the Party Committee of Bac Me district are unified, proactive, creative, and determined to direct the implementation of the Congress Resolution right from the beginning of the term, especially the major, key tasks of a breakthrough nature, ensuring timeliness and suitability with the reality of the district. In the first half of the 2020-2025 term, the whole district has developed 77 new farms; planted nearly 2,530 hectares of forest, over 194 hectares of cinnamon trees, over 124 hectares of star anise trees and developed a number of new medicinal plants; renovated 254 mixed gardens; arranged and stabilized the population associated with the construction of the New Rural Area and gathered 115 households, mobilizing 175 households to live in concentrated areas. The socio-economic infrastructure system has made great strides with many large and important projects being implemented, such as: Thuong Tan suspension bridge; Preserving and embellishing the national historical and cultural relics of Bac Me Cang; upgrading and repairing National Highways 34, 280, Provincial Road 176B, Minh Ngoc - Thuong Tan Road; re-asphalting the road surface of the district center and Minh Ngoc commune center; 120/139 villages have hardened roads to the center; nearly 41.40% of inter-village and intra-village roads and 44.5% of alley roads are hardened; supporting the construction of 888 solid houses for meritorious people and the poor; 120 villages have standard electricity systems; 96% of villages have 3G, 4G mobile waves; 65% of villages have fiber optic internet lines; 100% of communes and towns have postal and delivery service points; training and fostering for over 6,000 cadres and party members; recruiting 359 new party members. Inspection and supervision work has been strengthened in both quantity and quality; The implementation of eliminating backward customs and practices and building a civilized lifestyle among the people has been carried out vigorously, with many good and creative ways of doing things; many cultural festivals and good customs have been restored, preserved and promoted, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people.
Comrade Bui Van Tuan, Secretary of the Bac Me District Party Committee, said: The district Party Committee reviewed all the targets and objectives set out in the Resolution of the 10th District Party Congress, on that basis, concretized them into plans and programs for implementation; highly focused on implementing the remaining targets and tasks of 2023, especially implementing the 3 National Target Programs, public investment projects, budget collection and disbursement of capital sources, completing key targets and tasks on agricultural and forestry production, mixed garden renovation, digital transformation. Resolutely carry out internal affairs; judicial reform; prevent and combat corruption and negativity. Speed up the progress of investment projects to develop infrastructure, focusing on transport infrastructure, irrigation, digital transformation infrastructure, education, healthcare, and infrastructure for new rural construction. Promote investment attraction, ensure focus, key points, suitable for the industry, field and list of priority investment attraction projects of the district. Take care of cultural development in harmony with economic development, improve the quality of education and training, develop human resources, especially high-quality human resources, human resources in agricultural and rural areas, human resources in ethnic minority areas. Strengthen national defense and security, associated with building a solid defense zone, resolutely fight to defeat all plots and tricks of hostile forces, ensure to maintain a stable and developing environment...
From the results achieved in the first half of the 2020 - 2025 term with the solidarity, unity, and high determination of the political system and the consensus, support, and response of the people of all ethnic groups in the district, we believe that the Party Committee and people of Bac Me district will successfully implement the Resolution of the 10th District Party Congress.
