Dong Nai: Training on lean management program and optimal KPI building solutions for businesses

(DN) - On July 29, in Dong Nai, the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (VCCI-HCM) coordinated with the Department of Finance and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Dong Nai province to organize a training course: Lean Management (LEAN 4.0) and the most optimal KPI building method today.

The program aims to accompany the business community on the journey to improve management capacity and optimize operations according to the Lean 4.0 Enterprise Management System model, helping businesses shape their thinking and build strategies and methods to build appropriate KPIs in production and business.

During the 1-day training course, more than 100 business owners and business leaders in the province were presented by speaker Huynh Minh Quoc, General Director of ISC Vietnam Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Athena I&E Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City) on topics such as: business management problems in the era of industrial revolution 4.0; Application of LEAN 4.0 management for businesses and business restructuring; Common problems and mistakes when building and evaluating business KPIs; Methods of setting and managing business goals in the production and business process...

The training course also provides time for businesses and speakers to exchange and discuss difficulties arising in current operations, experiences and solutions.

Chairman of the Dong Nai Province Young Entrepreneurs Association Dang Quoc Nghi shared that applying advanced management tools and solutions is essential for businesses to avoid errors and problems in the production and business process.
