The program aims to support the business community on their journey to improve management capabilities and optimize operations according to the Lean 4.0 Enterprise Management System model, helping businesses shape their mindset and build strategies and methods for developing appropriate KPIs in production and business.
During the one-day training course, more than 100 business owners and leaders in the province received presentations from speaker Huynh Minh Quoc, General Director of ISC Vietnam Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Athena I&E Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City). The presentations covered topics such as: business management challenges in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution; the application of LEAN 4.0 management to businesses and business restructuring; common problems and mistakes when building and evaluating business KPIs; and methods for setting and managing business goals in the production and business process.
The training course also provided time for businesses and speakers to exchange and discuss the difficulties arising in their current operations, experiences, and solutions to overcome them.

Chairman of the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association, Dang Quoc Nghi, shared that applying advanced management tools and solutions is essential for businesses to avoid errors and obstacles in the production and business process. The Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association will continue to cooperate with agencies, units, and experts to organize training courses, contributing to strengthening and developing the business community in the province.
