Dong Nai is about to have a national trade fair

(DN) - On the morning of August 8, authorized by the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Nai province held a conference to review the progress of implementing assigned tasks according to Plan No. 04 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing the Southeast - Dong Nai Industry and Trade Fair in 2025.

This is the first time in more than 10 years that Dong Nai has hosted a national trade promotion fair, part of a series of regional promotion events directed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade .

According to the report of the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, the Southeast Region - Dong Nai Industry and Trade Exhibition Fair was organized by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade from August 14 to 20 at the Dong Nai Provincial Event and Foreign Affairs Center (Provincial Square).

To date, the fair has attracted 92 organizations and businesses from 7 provinces and cities, with an expected scale of 280-300 booths. Preparations for security, order, food safety and hygiene, electricity supply, fire prevention and fighting, etc. are being carried out by relevant departments and branches on schedule, ensuring the requirements of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Nai province requested the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion to closely coordinate with the event organizer to strengthen communication and promotion on mass media and digital platforms, and at the same time expand the mobilization of manufacturing and exporting enterprises, regional specialty products, OCOP products, supporting industries... to participate in the fair.

The leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade also emphasized the requirement to closely follow the approved plan progress, promptly handle any arising issues during the implementation process, ensure the fair is organized successfully and effectively, contributing to promoting the connection between supply and demand, expanding the market for goods consumption and promoting the image of Dong Nai - a large industrial and commercial center of the Southeast region.
