Training on technical processes of production, harvesting and processing of organic coffee according to EU standards

(GLO)- On August 7 and 8, Gia Lai Provincial Agricultural Extension Center opened a training course on technical processes for production, harvesting and processing of organic coffee according to EU standards.

Attending the training course were typical coffee farming households in several communes such as Dak Doa, Duc Co, Chu Pah, Bo Ngoong and Bien Ho.

During the 2 days, the delegates were introduced by technical staff of the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center to the process of implementing EU organic standards such as: surveying, analyzing, assessing risks in production areas; assessing the ability to implement EU organic standards; training, guidance on implementing organic production monitoring records, registering for EU Organic certification...

This is an off-model training course under the Central agricultural extension project on "Building an organic coffee production model in Gia Lai , period 2023-2025".
