Attending the congress were Mr. Le Van Thuy - Vice President of Vietnam Rubber Trade Union and 103 delegates representing 898 union members in the whole Company.
During the past term, the Company's Trade Union has advised on many solutions to care for the lives of workers, especially those in difficult circumstances and ethnic minorities. In particular, the Trade Union has participated in building salary scales, supervising the payment of salaries, bonuses and social insurance and health insurance regimes; handing over 6 "Trade Union Shelters", building volleyball courts, installing solar lights, equipping water purifiers... with a total value of hundreds of millions of VND.
In addition, the Union also spent billions of dong to visit and support sick and disadvantaged workers; implemented emulation movements such as "One million initiatives", green-clean-beautiful movement, skilled worker competition... attracting 100% of workers to participate. During the term, 17 outstanding union members were admitted to the Party.
During the 2025-2030 term, the Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. Trade Union aims to develop at least 100 new union members each year, 100% of the union groups will complete their tasks well; the average income of workers will reach over 9 million VND/month; and each year, introduce at least 6 outstanding union members for consideration of admission to the Party.
At the congress, delegates elected a new Executive Committee of 11 members, a Standing Committee of 3 members; Mr. Bui Duy Doc - Deputy General Director was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. for the 2025-2030 term.
On this occasion, the Company's Trade Union commended 4 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the workers' movement and Trade Union activities for the 2023-2025 term.
