In the period of 2023-2025, the emulation movement in the entire Trade Union system of Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) will be promoted, especially in key projects on oil and gas mechanics, operation and maintenance services and offshore renewable energy - the fields in which PTSC is a pioneer in the Group. Many initiatives and improvements of workers have been recognized and applied, contributing to reducing costs, shortening progress, and improving technical quality; along with 1,620 training courses with more than 38,000 participants, helping to improve the skills of engineers and workers.

Activities to care for workers' lives have been widely deployed: nearly 15 billion VND to visit workers on Tet holiday; nearly 5 billion VND to support union members in difficulty and families with serious illnesses; support "Union Shelter" and "Oil and Gas House of Love" for cases with housing difficulties; invest in and upgrade a series of welfare works, sports areas, canteens, and houses at production facilities. Notably, in the period of 2023-2025, PTSC has deployed social security activities with a total value of 74.4 billion VND, spreading the spirit of responsibility to the community and affirming the image of the enterprise for sustainable development.

Cultural and sports activities also continue to make their mark with regional sports festivals and sports festivals, performances of the whole Corporation, attracting thousands of participants, building a working environment of solidarity, humanity and rich in PTSC identity. Occupational safety and hygiene is focused on with a complete safety and hygiene system, regular training and drill programs, contributing to minimizing risks in high-risk areas.

In particular, PTSC Trade Union has proactively participated in building regulations directly related to employees, from collective labor agreements to salary and bonus regulations, ensuring that all benefits are higher or equivalent to legal regulations. Periodic dialogues are maintained in a substantive manner, all questions and recommendations are answered promptly; many specific issues in the multi-location, high-intensity working environment have been satisfactorily handled, maintaining harmonious and stable labor relations.
