Mr. Bui Duy Doc re-elected Chairman of Chu Se Rubber Trade Union

GIA LAI On November 25, the Trade Union of Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. held the 12th Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and elected the Executive Committee for the new term.

Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union; Mr. Phan Thanh Ha, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Trung Kien, General Director of the Company; local leaders and 103 delegates representing 898 union members in the entire Company.

Chu Se Rubber Company has 898 union members, currently operating in 8 union groups. Of which, female union members account for over 65%, union members from ethnic minorities account for over 65.8% of the total union members, so the activities of Chu Se Rubber Union have mixed difficulties and advantages, of which difficulties account for the majority.

However, with its duties and responsibilities, the Chu Se Rubber Trade Union has advised and proposed many solutions and methods and received the attention of the Party Committee, the Company's Board of Directors and mass organizations in caring for the lives of workers, especially those with difficulties and those who are ethnic minorities. From the direction of the Board of Directors, the Company has invested in and built a cluster of canteens outside the block and a workshop in the latex processing factory so that workers can have a clean, airy meal, ensuring food hygiene and safety.

Every year, the Board of Directors and the Chu Se Rubber Trade Union have a joint document instructing units to organize workers' conferences combined with summarizing production and business activities to promote the direct democratic rights of workers in participating in management, discussing measures and solutions to implement plans to build units and the Company.

In addition, Chu Se Rubber Union also participates in building salary scales; supervising the payment of salaries and bonuses to employees; labor norms; reward regulations, labor regulations in accordance with regulations. Inspecting and supervising the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies; participating in resolving complaints and denunciations of employees in accordance with regulations.

During the term, Chu Se Rubber Trade Union handed over 6 "Union Shelters"; many cultural institutions serving the spiritual life of workers such as building a volleyball court, equipping dozens of netball sets for production teams, installing 24 high-pressure lamps using solar energy; 19 water purifiers with a total value of hundreds of millions of VND.

In addition, regularly visit, encourage and promptly support workers when they are sick or in trouble, and mobilize 100% of union members in the company to participate in social security work. During the 2023 - 2025 term, Chu Se Rubber Union spent billions of VND to visit sick and mourning workers, give gifts on the occasion of Lunar New Year, give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, and provide financial support for workers with serious illnesses...

At the same time, proactively coordinate with other mass organizations to launch creative labor emulation movements, promote technical innovation initiatives; green - clean - beautiful movements and ensure occupational safety and hygiene; movements of being good at public work, good at housework; 3-month sprint emulation movements or movements of practicing skills, competing for good workers... which are actively responded to by 100% of workers, notably the "One million initiatives" movement launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , by the end of 2023 the whole company had 105 initiatives submitted.

The work of developing union members and building a strong union organization has always been of interest and focus to the Executive Committee. During the term, the Union has introduced dozens of outstanding union members to the Company's Party Committee for consideration of admission, and to date, 17 union members have been admitted to the Party.

Entering the new term 2025 - 2030, Chu Se Rubber Trade Union sets the goal of striving to develop at least 100 more union members each year; 100% of union groups complete their tasks well or better, and are classified as excellent. Each year, introduce at least 6 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and admit 4 union members into the Party; strive for the average income of workers to reach over 9 million VND/person/month or more.

With high consensus, the congress unanimously elected Mr. Bui Duy Doc to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. for the 2025 - 2030 term. In addition, the congress also elected a new Executive Committee with 11 comrades and a Standing Committee of 3 comrades.

At the congress, Chu Se Rubber Trade Union commended and rewarded 4 collectives and 20 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the workers' movement and Trade Union activities for the 2023-2025 term.
