Dong Son sells 506 plots of land, expected to collect 500 billion VND before returning to Thanh Hoa City

Dong Son is a district in the Ma River Delta, located in the center of Thanh Hoa province, 5 km west of Thanh Hoa city. Dong Son district currently has an area of 83 km2, with a population of more than 88,000 people.

According to the adjusted roadmap, it is expected that by the end of 2024 - 2025, the entire Dong Son district will be merged into Thanh Hoa city and named Thanh Hoa city.

After the merger, Thanh Hoa City will have a natural area of more than 228 km2, a population of nearly 594,000, with 37 wards and 11 communes. There are 7 new wards planned to be established including Rung Thong, Hoang Quang, Hoang Dai, Dong Tien, Dong Van, Dong Khe and Dong Thinh.

Thanh Hoa province will reduce one district-level administrative unit, leaving two cities (Sam Son, Thanh Hoa), two towns (Nghi Son, Bim Son) and 22 districts with 559 commune-level administrative units.

According to the announced information, before merging with Thanh Hoa City, Dong Son district planned and implemented the auction of 605 residential land lots in the planning areas in the area, expected to collect nearly 500 billion VND.

On March 6, 2024, the Property Auction Service Center under the Department of Justice of Thanh Hoa province issued Document No. 83/TB-TTDVDG announcing the auction of land use rights for 315 residential plots in many communes and towns in Dong Son district, expected to collect at least 262 billion VND.

Specifically, the Property Auction Service Center will auction 22 land lots at Dong Cua Ao residential area, Van Thang village, Dong Van commune; 15 land lots at Hoa Binh residential area, Huu Boc village, Dong Ninh commune; 115 land lots at planning area 9637 in Dong Thinh commune; 28 land lots at Toan Tan quarter, Rung Thong town; 33 land lots at planning areas of new residential areas in Dong Khe commune; 80 land lots in Dong Minh commune.

The time to view the assets of this auction starts from March 12 to March 14, 2024. The auction documents are at the People's Committees of communes and towns where the premises are put up for auction. The time to sell the documents is from March 12 to March 25, 2024. The time to pay the deposit is from March 25 to March 27, 2024. The auction starts from 8:00 a.m. on March 28, 2024 at the Dong Son District Conference Center.

On March 7, 2024, HLC Auction Joint Stock Company also issued Document No. 08/CV-HLC announcing the auction of land use rights at residential areas in Dong Hoang, Dong Khe, Dong Thinh, and Dong Phu communes.

In total, the company will auction 137 plots of land with a minimum total amount of over 117 billion VND. The plots range in size from 100m2 to 168m2. The starting price for the plots ranges from 4.5 million VND to 13.5 million VND per square meter. The total starting amount is over 117 billion VND.

The time for selling documents is from March 12 to March 25, 2024. The time for depositing money is from March 25 to 27, 2024. The time for organizing the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 28, 2024 at the People's Committee of Dong Thinh commune.

Previously, on February 28, 2024, Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company issued Document No. 71/2024/ĐGNAN-CNTH announcing the auction of land lots at the planning site of Dong Tien, Dong Minh, and Dong Thinh communes. The total land area for sale is more than 14,800 square meters divided into 114 lots. The total starting price for the auction of the land lots is more than 101 billion VND.

The time for selling documents starts from March 8 to March 22, 2024. The time for depositing money is from March 20 to March 22, 2024. The time for organizing the auction starts from 8:00 a.m. on March 25, 2024 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Dong Thinh Commune.

On March 1, 2023, Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Auction Company issued Document No. 26/TB-BDG announcing the auction of land use rights for residential plots in Rung Thong town, and Dong Thanh, Dong Hoa, Dong Phu, Dong Khe communes of Ha Trung district. A total of 39 plots of land will be auctioned in this round. The total starting price for the auction is nearly 32 billion VND.

The time for selling documents is from March 4 to March 22, 2024. The time for depositing money is from March 25 to March 26, 2024. The auction starts at 8:00 a.m. on March 28, 2024 at the People's Committee Hall of Dong Phu Commune.
