Sacombank auctions 26 Eco Green Saigon shophouses at heavily discounted prices

(NLDO) – The Ho Chi Minh City Property Auction Service Center announced that it will auction 26 shophouses registered under the name of Sacombank on October 9.

Specifically, the HCM City Property Auction Service Center will auction 26 contracts for the sale and purchase of the right to use 26 shophouses located at the base of four towers HR1, HR2, HR3 and M2, belonging to the Eco Green Saigon project, located on Nguyen Van Linh Street, HCM City. These shophouses have floor areas ranging from 206.31 m² to 378.25 m².

The entire batch of assets above is under the name of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( Sacombank ) and is being auctioned to recover the debt of Tuong Viet Trading and Production Company Limited.

These shophouses are secured assets, handled according to the relevant judgments and enforcement decisions. Auction records show that 95% of the value of the shophouses (equivalent to VND 1,037 billion) has been paid to the investor.

Eco Green Saigon project has a scale of 14.36 hectares, including 7 apartment buildings, a hotel, a high-end commercial center, a conference - wedding center, an internal park and Kim Dong Primary School.

Previously, Sacombank offered this asset for sale at VND1,171 billion (July) and VND1,113 billion in August 2025 through the Ho Chi Minh City Asset Auction Service Center but was unsuccessful.

In the upcoming auction, the total starting price will be adjusted down to VND1,058 billion, a decrease of VND55 billion compared to the previous auction.
