Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, said that Nhan Dan Newspaper's media campaign had been carefully prepared and built 6 months ago. The topics have the participation of many leading historical - military experts, living witnesses, from heroes of the armed forces, generals, soldiers on the battlefield as well as urban commandos, to ordinary people who made the Great Victory of Spring 1975.
