Dr.Papie was honored in the Top 10 Best Products - Services for Consumers 2024

The “Proud of Vietnamese Brands” program is an annual event organized by the Asian Business Development Research Center to honor brands that have made positive contributions to the national economy. In particular, the “Best Products and Services for Consumers 2024” award aims to honor high-quality Vietnamese brands with achievements in business activities and prestige among consumers.

Surpassing many organizations and businesses, Dr.Papie is proud to receive the award "Top 10 Best Products - Services for Consumers 2024" for its achievements in improving product quality and actively protecting customer rights in the recent past.

It is known that, in addition to the synchronous customer care activities being implemented, the unit has proactively established the Dr.Papie Consumer Rights Protection Center in 2023. The Center operates independently and objectively, aiming to protect the interests of customers when participating in the purchase and use of goods and services provided by Dr.Papie.

According to Dr.Papie, in the first year of its establishment, Dr.Papie Consumer Rights Protection Center received 639 calls, answered 100% of questions with an average resolution time of 2 hours/case, 93.5% of customers felt satisfied after being supported by a team of professional pharmacists.
