An Huy My Viet project won the Best Township Heritage Landscape Design Vietnam 2024 award | Project | Finance

This award honors outstanding achievements in landscape design, especially the ability to subtly recreate historical and cultural relics of Anhui My Viet theme park, bringing a unique and meaningful space to the community.

The Best Township Heritage Landscape Design Vietnam 2024 category is evaluated based on the strength of landscape design, in which the 6-hectare Anhui My Viet theme park with an investment of up to 250 billion VND stands out.

Anhui My Viet Heritage Park is shaped like the map of Vietnam. On the S-shaped land, Anhui My Viet recreates the country's typical cultural and historical relics, including One Pillar Pagoda, Ngoc Son Temple in Hanoi , Nghi Mon Gate in Hue, Ponagar Tower in Nha Trang, Central Highlands Communal House, Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh City and Long An Trung Dung Kien Cuong Monument. The project is a unique symbol, not only of Long An province but also of Vietnam in general.

Anhui My Viet Heritage Park is designed with many typical heritage works of Vietnam.

An Huy My Viet Urban Area is located at the front of Provincial Road 9, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province - considered the "hyphen" between the two key economic regions of the East and Southwest.

Duc Hoa area, with its location adjacent to the center of Ho Chi Minh City, has extremely convenient connections with urban areas through key traffic routes.

The project is planned on a large scale, integrating many utilities and modern housing models. The layout design focuses on luxury and convenience for future residents, while providing diversity in housing options, including adjacent land, shophouses, villas and apartments.

In particular, An Huy My Viet Heritage Urban Area focuses on developing education, sharing with parents for a bright future for children.
