After nearly 8 months of implementation, the CJ Short Film Project season 4 officially ended with the closing event and free screening of the best short films on December 15 at SC VivoCity Shopping Center, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Also within the framework of the event, 5 short films from the Story Up 2022 film project (Korea) will be introduced to the audience in Ho Chi Minh City.

The CJ Short Film Project is a program organized by CJ Cultural Foundation and CGV Vietnam since 2019 to search for and nurture young domestic film talents. In 2023, the program found 5 promising projects from nearly 400 submitted scripts to receive a total film budget sponsorship package of 1.5 billion VND.
The best projects of this year's CJ Short Film Project include: Anh La's Trough , Brothers of This Life - Vu Hoang Hiep and Tuan Le, Tan Ngay Ngan Roc - Ly Minh Ba, Tender Forest - Doan Si Nguyen and The Ice Cream Boy by Huynh Cong Nho. After the script development and production process, the works are currently being completed for screening at the upcoming closing ceremony.

In addition to Vietnamese short films, the Organizing Committee of the CJ Short Film Project will screen works completed within the framework of the Story Up 2022 program - a short film project organized annually by the CJ Cultural Foundation to support young film talents in Korea. The works screened include: Slaughter by Yun Do-yeong, Forest of Echoes by Lim Yoo-ri, Birth by Nam Soona, Motherland by Lee Ji-yun and Bon Appetit by Lee Ji-hoo. At the screening, the audience can ask questions and interact directly with the above Korean directors to learn more about the process of making these short films .
