Accordingly, this building has 7 floors and 1 semi-basement floor. Thus, after accelerating the project's construction progress, the progress has been shortened by about 1 month. Previously, the shared building block had also been topped out. It is expected that the Provincial People's Committee building block will be topped out by the end of December. The Provincial Development Project Management Board has also proposed to increase the capital of 2024 to 225 billion VND (the initial capital plan was 200 billion VND). Currently, the disbursement rate up to the end of November is 191/225 billion, reaching 85%. The disbursement plan for December is about 225/225 billion VND, reaching 100% of the capital plan for 2024.

It is known that the project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2995 dated December 5, 2023 with a total investment of VND 544,662 billion; implementation period from 2023 to 2025, construction period of 420 days. On March 30, 2024, the Provincial Development Project Management Board signed a contract for construction and equipment supply and installation with the Joint Contractor Vinhomes Joint Stock Company - Doan Nhat Electromechanical Joint Stock Company with a contract value of VND 400.2 billion and construction period of 400 days (from April 2, 2024 to May 6, 2024).
