Plan to build a trillion-dollar private hospital in Vinh Phuc

On the afternoon of August 30, comrade Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee worked with representatives of Hoan My Medical Joint Stock Company on the proposal to develop an investment project in Vinh Phuc . With the investment of businessman Mr. Richard Chandler - billionaire ranked 15th in the list of 50 richest billionaires in Singapore according to Forbes, in recent years, Hoan My Medical Joint Stock Company has continuously developed the private medical system with medical health care services and built a model of developing Vietnamese healthcare to reach the world through strengthening professional cooperation with prestigious and famous international medical examination and treatment units from Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA, Australia...

Realizing the current overload situation at public hospitals, while the private system has not yet developed, Hoan My Medical Joint Stock Company wishes to invest in the construction of Hoan My Vinh Phuc General Hospital project to address the need for medical examination and treatment, provide high-quality medical services, increase choices, diversify medical services and reduce the overload at public hospitals in the province as well as the Central level.

Speaking at the meeting, a representative of Hoan My Medical Joint Stock Company expressed his desire to build the Hoan My Vinh Phuc General Hospital project with a scale of 200 - 300 beds; expected area of ​​20,000 m2; total investment capital of about 1,000 billion VND.

The proposed location for construction is opposite Vinh Phuc Provincial General Hospital, on Ba Trieu Street, adjacent to Duong Tinh and Tue Tinh Streets, Lien Bao Ward, Vinh Yen City.

Appreciating the activities of Hoan My Medical Joint Stock Company in the medical field in Vietnam, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong said: Vinh Phuc always supports and prioritizes attracting projects to build hospitals and medical centers to provide health care services and medical examination and treatment for local people. Especially non-public hospitals and medical centers that invest in specialized medical examination and treatment and training of human resources in the medical field.

In response to the proposal of the representative of Hoan My Medical Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong requested that departments and branches carefully research to find a suitable location, build on a large area with enough space... so that the project can be implemented in accordance with the province's planning and in accordance with the law.
