According to EVNNPC, in October 2023, this enterprise will ensure stable electricity supply to serve socio -economic development, meeting the living needs of people in 27 northern provinces.

Commercial electricity output in October reached 8.158 billion kWh, up 1.31% over the same period. Of which, the construction industry sector accounted for 62.82% and increased by 8.61%; consumer management accounted for 29.68% and increased by 12.31%; trade and services accounted for 3.07% and increased by 16.42%; other sectors accounted for a small proportion.

Accumulated in 10 months, EVNNPC's commercial electricity reached 74.91 billion kWh, up 2.89% over the same period and reaching 83.79% of the yearly plan assigned by EVN.

The Corporation's power loss rate by voltage level in October reached 3.61% and the cumulative 10-month rate reached 3.94%, down 0.14% over the same period in 2022.

In October 2023, EVNNPC carried out 2,096 live insulation cleaning sessions, an increase of 28.51% over the same period in 2022, with a cumulative 10-month implementation of 17,659 sessions, reaching 100.79% of the plan, an increase of 31.51% over the same period in 2022; carried out 1,143 hotline construction sessions, an increase of 18.94% over the same period in 2022, with a cumulative 10-month implementation of 10,566 sessions, reaching 100.4% of the plan, an increase of 19.05% over the same period in 2022.

Regarding the electricity access index, the entire EVNNPC has received and resolved electricity supply for 201 medium-voltage customers, the average time to resolve procedures of the electricity industry is 3.42 days, a decrease of 0.3 days compared to the same period in 2022.

In the past 10 months, EVNNPC has received and resolved power supply for 1,890 medium-voltage customers. The average time to resolve electricity industry procedures is 3.53 days, a decrease of 0.24 days compared to the same period in 2022, a decrease of 3.47 days compared to EVN's regulations. Other customer service indicators all meet EVN's requirements.

Completed 20/22 digital transformation tasks

Also according to EVNNPC, regarding the investment in the construction of the 110 kV power grid, in October EVNNPC started 4 projects, and since the beginning of the year, it has started 36 projects. To date, EVNNPC has basically completed 20/22 assigned digital transformation tasks, with 2 tasks still being implemented: using the smartEVN application (internal management) and the task of applying AI in image processing and recognition technology (production).

In particular, in October 2023, EVNNPC will begin implementing a roadmap to change the meter reading schedule (GCS) to the last days of the month to support customers in conveniently controlling and monitoring monthly electricity consumption, being proactive in paying electricity bills, and ensuring that revenue accounting is consistent with costs in accordance with financial and accounting regulations.

The key task in the last months of the year, EVNNPC will implement many solutions to strive to exceed the assigned production and business targets, ensuring safe and stable electricity supply to serve the needs of socio-economic development and people's lives in the managed area.

In addition, EVNNPC also requested power companies to accelerate medium-voltage investment projects to share the load with high-load transformers; project management boards focus on accelerating the energization of key 110 kV projects.

In addition, units need to promote the cleaning of hotline insulation on the power grid from 110 kV to medium voltage; repair hotlines on the medium and low voltage power grid, and promote the dissemination of measures to use electricity economically, safely and effectively.
