According to Mr. Dung, this is a significant number, reflecting the connection and loyalty of the staff, especially in the context of F88 being an organization that is growing and expanding rapidly nationwide.
According to the results of the internal survey of Great Place to Work in January 2024, 89% of F88 employees still trust the company's leadership and development direction. 91% feel supported by teammates and management, 91% affirm that F88 is an "Excellent Workplace".
