Previously, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Man City, Bayern Munich, PSG, Inter Milan, Porto, Benfica, Borussia Dortmund and Juventus clubs had tickets to participate in FIFA's new club tournament increased to 32 teams.

CONCACAF (North, Central America and the Caribbean) has confirmed three of the four teams including Monterrey (Mexico), Seattle Sounders FC (USA) and Club Leon (Mexico), waiting for only one spot from the champion of this year's CONCACAF Champions Cup. This is the tournament where Messi and Inter Miami were eliminated in the quarterfinals.
The Oceania region only has 1 place with Auckland City (New Zealand) participating, while the South America region has 6 places, with 3 clubs participating including Palmeiras, Flamengo and Fluminense, all from Brazil.

FIFA also reserved a 32nd spot for the host team, the United States. Previously, it was reported that this spot would be chosen from the 2024 MLS champion team.
However, according to a source from Marca : "There are currently no regulations on choosing the 32nd club as the host team of the United States for the 2025 Club World Cup. FIFA can invite any club they want, that club is almost certainly Inter Miami, where Messi and top players such as Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba are playing."
The new Club World Cup 2025 will feature 32 of the world’s top clubs, taking place from June 15 to July 13, 2025 in the United States. Qualified clubs will receive from FIFA between $25 million and $70 million, depending on their region and reputation. The further they advance in the tournament, the more prize money they will receive.
Accordingly, the 32 clubs participating in the Club World Cup 2025 will be divided into 8 groups, each group of 4 teams, with the top 2 teams in each group entering the knockout round.
