FPT Complex puts subdivision 3 into operation, providing working space for 10,000 employees

City leaders and FPT Group leaders pressed the button to put into use subdivision 3 of the FPT Complex Concentrated IT Park.

Zone 3 of F-Complex Concentrated Information Technology Park provides working space for 10,000 employees in the information technology (IT) service sector for the foreign market of FPT Corporation with the expectation of contributing to making Da Nang one of the technology centers connecting with countries in the region and the world . This is also one of the three concentrated IT parks in Da Nang recognized by the Government and is one of the office complexes (campuses) gathering the largest source of high-quality IT engineers of FPT.

FPT Complex currently has 8,000 IT employees, contributing 69% of Da Nang 's total software export turnover. In 2024, FPT Group is expected to contribute about 326.6 billion VND to the city's budget.

With a total area of 5.9 hectares, FPT Complex is built according to modern architectural standards, and is one of the first three projects in Vietnam designed according to the 2013 Standards of the Ministry of Construction for energy-efficient projects. The project uses highly environmentally friendly materials, produced with advanced technology, helping to save at least 20% of energy, water and materials.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang congratulated FPT Corporation and emphasized: “The FPT Complex ecosystem is a symbol of development and close cooperation between FPT Corporation and Da Nang City. In recent times, FPT in Da Nang has had remarkable growth with encouraging achievements and has made great contributions to Da Nang. I believe that with the determination and efforts of the Group's leaders and all staff, along with the support of Da Nang City, FPT will continue to grow even stronger in 2025.”

According to Mr. Pham Minh Tuan - Deputy General Director of FPT Corporation and General Director of FPT Software: "FPT Complex has a special position and role in the campus projects that FPT has built. 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of FPT's presence in Da Nang, which is also the year that FPT and many international customers will participate in the event to close the FPT Complex circle, of which up to 80% of customers are large corporations from Korea and Japan".

On behalf of the board of directors and more than 80,000 employees of FPT Corporation, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan expressed his gratitude to the city government for always supporting, accompanying, and helping FPT to quickly implement the project.

“We hope that Da Nang city will continue to support FPT to continue expanding this concentrated IT park, continue to invest more, and contribute to the development of Da Nang's digital economy,” said Mr. Pham Minh Tuan.
