From July 1st, 2025, commune-level police nationwide will have increased authority in receiving and processing certain administrative procedures related to security and order.
This is a concrete step in the process of implementing a formalized commune police organizational model, gradually streamlining the apparatus while creating the most favorable conditions for the people.
In carrying out its new duties, the Quyết Thắng Ward Police implemented them in a systematic, scientific , and compliant manner, contributing to improved service to the people.
Established through the merger of three administrative units: Thinh Dan, Quyet Thang, and Phuc Ha communes, the Quyet Thang Ward Police Department has organized its structure in a streamlined manner, operating in an orderly manner to serve the people promptly and effectively.
The ward currently has a large population, with 7,578 households and over 27,000 residents. In addition, there are over 6,000 households registered for temporary residence, with over 8,000 people including students, workers, and laborers renting accommodation.

From July 1st to the present, the Quyết Thắng Ward Police have received and processed over 600 requests from citizens seeking administrative procedures.
Thanks to proactive staffing and a well-organized system, the receipt and processing of applications are ensured to be on schedule, with no backlog of applications.
From the very beginning of July, many people gathered at the ward police station early in the morning to carry out administrative procedures, such as: verifying residency information; registering for level 2 electronic identity verification accounts, etc.
Here, with a dedicated and attentive attitude, the police officers of the ward are always ready to guide citizens in completing their applications and providing accurate information, ensuring that the processing is carried out quickly.
Ms. Ta Thi Thang, residing in Trung Thanh hamlet, who came to the ward police station to confirm her child's residency information for vocational school enrollment, said: "The police officers explained everything clearly, guided me, and completed the procedures in a short time. Handling administrative procedures at the ward police station helps us citizens save on costs and travel time."
Not only residents with permanent residency in the area, but also students temporarily residing in the area highly appreciate the effective service provided by the Quyết Thắng Ward Police Station.
Nguyen Thi Minh Thuong, a student at Thai Nguyen University and temporarily residing in Son Tien hamlet, shared: "When I came to complete the procedures, the police officers guided me very meticulously. Every step was done systematically, and I didn't have to wait long. I am very satisfied with the service attitude of the officers here."

In the future, when fully equipped with facilities and equipment, the Quyet Thang Ward Police Station will continue to implement other administrative procedures within its assigned authority, such as: Registration and management of road motor vehicles; issuance of level 2 electronic identification accounts for individuals; receiving some procedures in the field of immigration management, management of conditional business sectors related to security and order..."
