Similarly, with rice, according to an update from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of An Giang province, the price of IR 504 raw rice continues to decrease by 200 VND, fluctuating at 9,700-9,900 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice also continues to decrease by 100 VND, fluctuating at 12,000-12,200 VND/kg.

Regarding by-products, the prices of by-products also decreased, fluctuating between 5,750 and 9,000 VND/kg. Currently, the price of fragrant rice bran decreased by 100 VND, fluctuating between 8,800 and 9,000 VND/kg; the price of dry bran fluctuates between 5,7500 and 5,850 VND/kg.

In localities today, rice volume is low, rice transactions are slow, and prices of all types of rice continue to decrease slightly. In Sa Dec (Dong Thap), rice volume is low, prices are decreasing, and some traders have stopped milling and selling rice, storing rice due to the decrease in rice prices. In Lap Vo, rice volume is sporadically low, rice transactions are slow, and prices of all types of rice continue to decrease slightly.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices today remained unchanged from yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), 5% standard rice was at 509 USD/ton; 25% broken rice was at 477 USD/ton; 100% broken rice was at 405 USD/ton.
