On October 22, the price of coffee in the Central Highlands increased sharply to nearly 116,000 VND/kg. Both international Robusta and Arabica were also flooded with green, increasing by 104-114 USD/ton.

Specifically, coffee price in Dak Lak is 115,600 VND/kg, an increase of 1,000 VND/kg compared to the previous day.

In Gia Lai , the price reached 115,200 VND/kg, an increase of 1,200 VND/kg.

Lam Dong is the locality with the highest increase and widest price range, with prices ranging from 114,900 - 115,700 VND/kg, an increase of 1,200 VND/kg.

Positive data from the UK market, where Vietnamese coffee exports reached 28.3 thousand tons (worth 171.5 million USD) in the first 9 months of 2025, up 24.2% in volume and 70% in value compared to 2024, is a positive signal. In the first 7 months of the year, the UK imported 25.6 thousand tons from Vietnam, up 28% in volume and 107% in value, raising its market share to 20% (after Brazil).

Although global imports from the UK fell slightly by 0.1% in volume, they rose by 43.8% in value, reflecting increased demand for high-quality coffee. With this trend, coffee prices could continue to rise in the short term, especially if weather conditions are favorable and production is stable, although risks from global economic volatility remain notable.
